- 4 avocados
- 50 gm cashew nuts
- 1 green capsicum
- 1 lemon juice and zest
- 2 fresh jalapeno peppers
- hand full of rocket
- Seasoning Himalayan salt
- 30 Olive oil (According to your consistency)
- Deseed the Avocado and green capsicum.
- Place all the ingredient in the blender and blitz until become smooth.
- Fold nicely green peas into it.
- Check the seasoning if you need more lemon juice or add salt according to your taste.
- Serve with Nachos or can be served as breakfast with poached egg and toast.
