I have come across. I created accidentally. I came home after work. I was starving, had a really busy day . Open my fridge, what i can see is, only Avocado, some orange. So took everything out and place in the blender. Then I saw right on the kitchen table banana and I was like chuck it in…. blend it. (Avocado smoothie)

As I saw in my fridge Avocado-orange banana and ice. I desperately needed something to drink. So here is the smoothie idea came from. I juiced 2 oranges in the blender,then added avocado,banana and some ice and 300ml water.
Blitz-Blitz Blitz until turn smooth and it’s totally up to you how thin you want your smoothie. If you want your smoothie bit more runny, add more water. - 1 Avocado
- 1 Banana
- 2 Orange juice and zest (ZESTER)
- 300 gm ice
- 300 ml water
- Pinch of Himalayan salt
- 5gm Hempseed
- I juiced 2 oranges in the blender.
- Add avocado,banana,Kale and some ice and 300ml water.
- Blitz -Blitz -Blitz until become smoothie and also its totally up to you how thin you want your smoothie . If you want your smoothie bit more runny add more water.
